What fear has hidden still is part of you. ³The Holy Spirit will help you reinterpret everything that you perceive as fearful, and teach you that only what is loving is true. (ACIM, T-5.IV.1:1,3)
“What fear has hidden,” eto yung ego, yung unconscious part ng psyche (mind/soul) natin.
Nadiscuss natin sa last topic na yung Holy Spirit nga ang Guide to Salvation.
Paano? Tinutulungan tayo ng Holy Spirit na mag-reinterpret. Kung ano yung nakikita natin from fear, maipapakita sa atin from love. Yung shift in perception na yun from fear to love ang tinatawag na “miracle” - isa sa mga Principles of Miracles.
Tinuturo rin sa atin ng A Course in Miracles na only love is real. The rest is illusion, tulad ng fear.
⁴Truth is beyond your ability to destroy, but entirely within your ability to accept. ⁵It belongs to you because, as an extension of God, you created it with Him. ⁶It is yours because it is part of you, just as you are part of God because He created you. (ACIM, T-5.IV.1:4-6)
Truth is everlasting, meaning hindi nawawala at hindi nagbabago. Pero pwede siyang mawala sa awareness natin. Pwedeng malimutan. Pwede siyang mabago ng ating perception. Pwede nating gawing “false” yung true. Pwede nating i-deny yung truth.
Pero nasa atin yung truth, built-in na siya kasi extension tayo ni God. Part tayo ni God kasi Siya ang may likha sa atin.
⁴Physical birth is not a beginning; it is a continuing. (ACIM, T-5.IV.2:4)
Birth is not a beginning, at ganun rin, death is not an end. They are both a continuing.
Ganun yung soul natin, no beginning, no end. Eternals tayo. (Ako si Ikaris at ikaw ang aking Sersi.. Haha, humugot pa!)
⁶It will increase as you are willing to return the unhealed part of your mind to the higher part, returning it undivided to creation. (ACIM, T-5.IV.2:6)
Yung soul natin ay nasa spiritual journey na tinatawag na “ascension.” Yup, tulad nung ginawa ni Jesus.
Yung ascension ay parang hagdan papuntang heaven. Yung heaven na tinutukoy natin dito ay hindi place ha, kundi higher state of consciousness.
Yan yung “return to the higher part.” Yung ego ay nasa lower part of consciousness. So dun yung starting point ng spiritual evolution ng soul.
Yan ang reason kung bakit tayo nasa Earth. Yung buhay natin dito ay part ng ascension journey ng soul.
Yung mga challenges sa buhay ay para sa spiritual growth ng soul natin.
Eto yung journey natin pabalik kay God (aka Atonement).
¹³If you are part of God and the Sonship is One, you cannot be limited to the self the ego sees. (ACIM, T-5.IV.2:13)
Yung limited perception of ourselves ay perception ng ego. Pero hindi yun ang truth.
Siguro tatanungin mo, e bakit natin ginagawa? Kasi para malaman at maintindihan natin yung truth, kailangan ng opposite as reference point.
Kumbaga sa right, ang reference point ay wrong. Sa up ay down. Ganun rin ang false self (ego) sa true self (soul).
Every loving thought held in any part of the Sonship belongs to every part. ²It is shared because it is loving. ³Sharing is God’s way of creating, and also yours. (ACIM, T-5.IV.3:1-3)
Dahil part tayong lahat nung Sonship, na-eextend to all parts yung mga loving thoughts, which are healing.
Kung yung fearful thoughts separate us, loving thoughts connect us.
At dahil connected tayo, natural lang yung sharing.
Hindi lang “sharing is caring.” Sharing is creating rin pala.
‘Di ba only love is real at only love is created. Kaya pansinin mo yung anger, pag galit ka, ikaw lang nakakaramdam nung galit mo. Na-po-project siya sa ibang tao, pero hindi siya maishare.
Pero pag love, regardless kung sinong giver o receiver ng love, parehong nakakaramdam ng love. Love is shared between the giver and the receiver.
⁵Ideas of the spirit do not leave the mind that thinks them, nor can they conflict with each other. ⁶However, ideas of the ego can conflict because they occur at different levels and also include opposite thoughts at the same level. ⁷It is impossible to share opposing thoughts. (ACIM, T-5.IV.3:5-7)
Ayun, kea pala… Kasi ideas of spirit (loving thoughts) do not leave the mind. Sabi nga natin, walang nawawala sa atin pag ang binibigay natin ay love.
Hindi rin conflicting ang loving thoughts. Kaya we feel at peace with loving thoughts.
Kabaliktaran ng fearful thoughts of the ego, laging in conflict dahil sa opposing thoughts.
Kaya hindi ma-share yung anger at iba pang emotions base sa fearful thoughts.
¹⁰The rest remains with you until the Holy Spirit has reinterpreted them in the light of the Kingdom, making them, too, worthy of being shared. ¹¹When they have been sufficiently purified He lets you give them away. ¹²The decision to share them is their purification. (ACIM, T-5.IV.3:10-12)
Dahil imposibleng ma-share yung mga fearful thoughts, nakikimkim lang natin sila. Nagiging trapped emotions sila. At eto madalas ang underlying reason sa mga sakit, lalo na sa mga chronic illness, autoimmune, at degenerative diseases.
So kailangan humingi tayo assistance sa Holy Spirit for our healing.
I-share natin sa Holy Spirit yung mga fearful thoughts natin para ma-purify yung mga fearful thoughts at mapalitan ng loving thoughts.
⁴You cannot be hurt, and do not want to show your brother anything except your wholeness. ⁵Show him that he cannot hurt you and hold nothing against him, or you hold it against yourself. ⁶This is the meaning of “turning the other cheek.” (ACIM, T-5.IV.4:4-6)
Yung totoong tayo (true self) cannot be hurt. Main teaching ng A Course in Miracles ay “nothing real can be threatened.”
So yung turo ni Jesus na “turning the other cheek” ibig sabihin ay to turn to our true self.
Kaya halimbawa nasaktan tayo ng ibang tao at hindi natin sila papatawarin, tayo ang nag-sa-suffer dun sa unforgiveness.
Nung pinako si Jesus sa krus, nag-turn siya to His true self kaya napatawad niya yung mga pagkakamaling nagawa sa kanya.
Teaching is done in many ways, above all by example. ²Teaching should be healing, because it is the sharing of ideas and the recognition that to share ideas is to strengthen them. (ACIM, T-5.IV.5:1-2)
By example yung ginawa ni Jesus. Kaya naman healing yung naging resulta ng teaching niya.
So yun ang basehan natin kung yung teaching ba ay true o fake news lang. Nakaka-uplift ba siya ng spirit natin at ng ibang tao? Yun kasi literally ang process ng ascension, upliftment ng ating consciousness.
⁴As you teach so shall you learn. ⁵I will never leave you or forsake you, because to forsake you would be to forsake myself and God Who created me. ⁶You forsake yourself and God if you forsake any of your brothers. ⁷You must learn to see them as they are, and understand they belong to God as you do. (ACIM, T-5.IV.6:4-7)
Mahalagang ma-uplift yung consciousness natin, kasi kung ma-stuck tayo sa level ng ego, e limited rin ang ating perception. Hindi natin makikita yung sarili natin beyond our human form at ganun rin yung pagtingin natin sa iba.
Teach what you want to learn. Eto yung ginagawa natin sa self-study. I share and teach para mas matutunan ko yung mga lessons. Lahat tayo ay teachers at students sa iba’t-ibang pagkakataon.
Sa ating learning, kasama natin lagi si Jesus in spirit.
Kasama rin natin lagi ang Diyos. If ever ma-feel natin that we are forsaken, remember na tayo ang humihiwalay, hindi ang Diyos.
Remember rin na anytime pwede tayong magbalik-loob sa Kanya.
²Therefore, those who have been forgiven must devote themselves first to healing because, having received the idea of healing, they must give it to hold it. (ACIM, T-5.IV.7:2)
Healing the mind ang objective ng A Course in Miracles. Pag na-heal na yung mind, magiging natural na lang to share and teach it.
Bakit? Kasi you will live it, too. Isasabuhay mo yung miracle. Yun ang reflection of a healed mind.
Nagiging “miracle worker” ka. Hindi dahil nagpe-perform ka ng miracle, kundi dahil the miracle is performing through you.
⁷You can indeed depart in peace because I have loved you as I loved myself. ⁸You go with my blessing and for my blessing. ⁹Hold it and share it, that it may always be ours. ¹⁰I place the peace of God in your heart and in your hands, to hold and share. ¹¹The heart is pure to hold it, and the hands are strong to give it. (ACIM, T-5.IV.8:7-11)
Pagkaganda naman ng message ni Jesus…
“Go in peace. I love you as I love myself.” Self-love, napakahalagang matutunan natin. Eto ang ultimate lesson para sa bawat isa, para sa ating lahat.
Hold love and share love, that it may always be ours.
