ACIM Self-Study: Special Principles of Miracle Workers

Kadugsong ‘to nung previous topic na The Function of the Miracle Worker.

Sino ba yung mga miracle workers? Tayong lahat, eventually.

Never confuse right- and wrong-mindedness. ²Responding to any form of error with anything except a desire to heal is an expression of this confusion. (ACIM, T-2.V-A.13:1-2)

Remember, error is based sa lie. So, pag napansin natin yung error, alamin natin kung ano yung truth na counterpart nun at i-shift natin yung attention dun. Ganun yung work of miracle.

The miracle is always a denial of this error and an affirmation of the truth. (ACIM, T-2.V-A.14:1)

Ganito nakakapag-perform ng healing miracle si Jesus. Nung nilalapitan siya ng mga maysakit noon, dinedeny niya yung sickness of the body, which is an error in perception.

Kasi natutunan nga natin nung nakaraang topic na sickness is of the mind, not the body.

Alam rin ni Jesus na we are not the body. Ang ina-affirm niya ay yung truth about us that we are of spirit.

We are not a body having a soul. We are a soul having a body.

³Forgiveness is an empty gesture unless it entails correction. ⁴Without this it is essentially judgmental, rather than healing. (ACIM, T-2.V-A.15:3-4)

Forgiveness is understanding, not judging.

Miracle-minded forgiveness is only correction. ²It has no element of judgment at all. ³The statement “Father forgive them for they know not what they do” in no way evaluates what they do. ⁴It is an appeal to God to heal their minds. ⁵There is no reference to the outcome of the error. ⁶That does not matter. (ACIM, T-2.V-A.16:1-6)

Miracle-minded forgiveness ay pag naiiintindihan natin na magkaiba yung what they do at what they are.

Ang tao nakakagawa lang ng masama pag nalilimutan nila what they are. Kaya ang resulta ay error: they know not what they do. Ang error dun ay yung not knowing.

Pero si God, hindi nakakalimot. God knows what we are – we are God’s children, regardless of the outcome of the error.

True forgiveness comes from that knowing.
